Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our hub, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
